No. You sign in with your email address and the extensions work immediately. We handle all AI calls on our backend — no API key, no developer setup, and no technical knowledge required.

First, make sure you're on a supported portal — Matrix, Paragon, Flexmls, Stellar, Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com. If the listing is fully loaded on screen, try clicking the "Re-parse page" button at the bottom of the side panel. If it still doesn't work, try closing and reopening the side panel, or refreshing the listing page and pressing the shortcut again. If your specific MLS system isn't working, email us at hello@heyeave.com and we'll add support for it.

Free tier uses reset on the first of each calendar month. You get 5 free uses per extension per month. If you need unlimited uses before then, you can upgrade to Pro at heyeave.com/pricing — the 14-day free trial starts immediately.

You can cancel any time from the Account tab inside any Eave extension, or by emailing hello@heyeave.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. There are no cancellation fees.

Each extension is installed through the Chrome Web Store — click any "Add to Chrome" button on heyeave.com and you'll land on the store listing. Click "Add to Chrome" then "Add extension". The icon will appear in your Chrome toolbar. Click it to open the side panel and sign in or create a free account. The whole process takes about 30 seconds.

Yes. The Brokerage plan gives each agent their own account with unlimited uses, while the admin sets shared voice guidelines and branding that apply across the team. The minimum is 5 agents at $35/seat/month ($175/month minimum). Email hello@heyeave.com to set up a brokerage account — we do an onboarding call with every team.

Every description ListSmith generates is scanned against a ruleset of Fair Housing-sensitive phrases before you see it. If any flagged language is detected, a warning appears with a plain-language explanation of the legal risk. You make the final call — ListSmith flags and explains, it never blocks. Note: Eave is a writing tool, not a legal advisor. Always review your listings with Fair Housing compliance in mind.

Listing data from pages you visit is sent to our server to generate outputs, then returned to you. We store a log of your generations for your history view. We never sell or share your data with third parties. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing hello@heyeave.com. Full privacy policies are linked above for each extension.

This is usually a session timeout. Open the extension, go to the Account tab, sign out, then sign back in. If that doesn't fix it, try removing and reinstalling the extension from the Chrome Web Store. If the issue persists, email hello@heyeave.com with the extension name and your Chrome version (found at chrome://settings/help).
